Kinderchor Summer 2026 Camp and Tour *

Kinderchor Camp is from SUNDAY, June 7 through THURSDAY, June 11, 2026.  

CMC Kinderchor tour is from FRIDAY, June 12 through SUNDAY, June 14, 2026.  

Students enrolled for choir camp are expected to go on the tour.  The tour is included in the cost of the camp. See below for more details.

CAMP SCHEDULE:  

Sunday June 7:   3pm check-in, 3:30 to 5:30 rehearsal, dinner, 6:30 to 8:30pm rehearsal; 8:45PM PICKUP

Monday through Thursday,, June 9-11: 8:45am arrival; rehearsals, activities, lunch, classes; 4PM PICKUP

Thursday, June 11: in the afternoon we will schedule a dress rehearsal performance, location TBA

FEE for TOUR and CAMP: The Board of Directors has approved the following  subsidy of the entire week. 

REGISTRATION FEE: 

  • Early Bird Fee (register by March 15, 2026):  $100 per child

  • Regular Fee: (register by April 17, 2026):  $150 per child

  • Late Fee:  (register by June 2, 2026):  $250 per child 

BONUS: If the child completes the camp and tour, there is a $100 credit for their fall Kinderchor tuition! This basically means camp and tour is free, IF you register early and you remain in or join choir in the fall of 2026.  Otherwise, the fee simply stays with CMC.  This enables CMC to make plans to rent the bus and reserve hotel rooms. 

TOUR SCHEDULE: 

Exact itinerary still being finalized and will be posted by late February. The tour includes 2 concerts and/or services in the St. Louis area, performance at the closing service of the LWML Missouri District Convention in Cape Girardeau, on Sunday morning the 14th and a concert at 4pm in Washington, MO. 

FRIDAY, June 12:  Departure at 12:30; concert at 7pm in STL (exact location still TBA); overnight in hotel

SATURDAY, June 13: breakfast at hotel; activities in the city (Arch, Zoo, Cathedral), and service at Ascension Lutheran Church, St. Louis at 5pm. Participation in 7pm concert with Christian singer/songwriter Blake Flattley. Departure for Cape Girardeau after concert; overnight in hotel at the convention.

SUNDAY, June 14: breakfast at hotel; sing in closing service (Dr. Marsh will also have a presentation about CMC at the convention); lunch in Cape Girardeau; travel to Washington, MO, for 4pm concert and dinner; depart after dinner for Concordia. Estimated arrival between 9 and 9:30pm.
