Please download and return a signed Financial Aid Intent Form as part of your financial aid application to the CMC mailbox outside Fine Art Building Room 103.

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION.

APPLICATIONS ARE DUE FRIDAY, AUGUST 29th.

1) Financial Aid is limited to students enrolled in private lessons ONLY. Ensembles and courses do not qualify for financial aid.

2) Applications will be considered on a first-come first-serve basis. Financial priority will be given to families with more than one child taking private lessons. Pending funds, families with just one child enrolled may also receive aid.

3) Applications must be completed in full and families will be notified via email of their scholarship amount. Upon receiving notification of a scholarship, your invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

4) Applications for financial aid must be completed each semester. Grant funds are not guaranteed and amounts may vary from semester to semester.
